Rodgers will make mistakes like any manager and he'll receive criticism when he deserves it too. However, losing against Barcelona and dropping points today aren't really anything to get worried over. Overall, the team has improved a lot since last season and the progress is right in front of our eyes, each match.

What do you get out of posting this kind of thing? I'll give you that you aren't as daft as you are cabbage looking and that sometimes your different way of thinking spots certain things that most of us miss; but it's definitely not true that you are always bang on the money, I've seen you get it spectacularly wrong sometimes too!

As for there not being much anybody can teach you about Celtic, even you don't really believe that. You aren't that deluded. Either it's a poor attempt at humour or it's trolling.

FWIW my gut feeling is that you will be proved correct about DDV, but Minty is right to pull you up for some of your more categorical statements (and boy do you love categorical statements!) that in this case just aren't really true/justified.

 

Part in bold, no. Not even close. After Strachan left, you started 4 separate threads about bringing him back. Just today you spouted nonsense about anyone being able to play for Costa Rica. You have a long history of stating things that are simply not true and things that are delusional to the point of amusement.

You weren't even right about Ronny. His main objective was to win the league and delivered that with a 100% record. That's something you'll never be able to take away from him no matter how blue in the face you become with denial.

 

Listen RR, there is not much gets by me as regards Celtic.
I can already see what is going to happen with Brendan if he dozen't change his ways sharply. I can see why he got put out to pasture by Liverpool and nobody was a in a rush to sign him up until we came along.
Brendan's main problem is vanity. And that vanity is already starting to get in the way of his Celtic career, ditto my critical stage comment on him yesterday.
Brendan is a vain man, it's staring you in the face. Couple vanity with naivety and we have a bit of a problem developing here.

 

I really, really don't agree with any of this.

I personally think he's the best manager we've had since MON and we're lucky to have him. He also strikes me as very down to earth and not at all vain, but I'm definitely not up for debating that issue with you, as it seems a bit distasteful to talk about it on here when he's not here to defend himself.
