- Yes. Ive talked with Celtic about new contract for 1,5 months now. My present contract ends in june 2009, and there is an option in it to extend it for a one extra year. I dont want me and Celtic to say goodbye in an unprofessional manner. But there is some possibilities for me.

What are they?

- Maybe I ll take advantage of the Webster law. According to FIFA, a player that has been playing for a club at least 3 seasons and is over 28 years of age, is free to leave to another club, even if his contranct is still valid. In that case the FIFA says what the transfer fee should be, based on players wages. If there is a need to do that, I will consider this kind of move. But this is a last resort, I expect both sides to come to an agreement. (...)

What club you would like to join?

- The plans are not precise yet. There's no place I would prefer rather than others. There's some specified options, but its too early to talk about them right now. "

just to let you know fellows, that news daily is considered most professional and well informed round here, in poland. Never seen them producing The Sun-like tabloid type of *.

 

i believe he may well leave in the summeri've always had a feeling he's gonna end up at arsenal and lehman is away at the end of the season
i'm sure GS would find another gem anyway and not need to spend all of the 9mil we would get for him

You could be right, but Celtic SHOULD already be doing everything they can, bending over backwards to sign Artur up long term.

if this articles correct then it suggests hes been tapped up,two clubs i know that are famous for tapping players are a.c.milan and man u,ive seen articles quoting both teams coaches praising boruc.hmmm.

Give him whatever he * wants. What was it it said on E-tims, Artur was wanting 30k and we were offering 25k.

If true, thats ridiculous, hes gna leave but he needs to be tied up to command the fees we're all hopin for.

If he goes this summer with his contract only till 2009, we'd be really lucky to get 5m.

 

personaly I think he's simply forcing the club to offer him a new contract at last

read that van der sar intends to retire in the summer and that man u are sending foster to spurs on loan leaving only kuscak there,imo it quite possibly seems that fergie has got to him.

a.c.milan links have been well documented as well,i hate this i fear the wheels are well and trully in motion,we just cant compete with the cash on offer from clubs of this power,we offer 30g and they say double it.
