Think he's done about just as well as CCV before coming here.

I don't remember us being overly enamoured with CCV originally after he's many flip floppy loan spells.

We really need to give this lad a chance and get the impression even with the young Barca lad in, we might see him rotate between LB and CB

 

Mix between cannavaro and pirlo with shades of lahm

 

any Goldson in him? is he good with his hands.

 

First thing I thought when I seen the CL draw was we desperately need strengthened in central defence. As much relieved as happy that this appears to have gone through it was a must we signed another CB. CCV still remains vital to our chances of doing anything in the CL. Any partnership that doesnt contain CCV looks weak and lacks experience.

 

Everyone on here is giving me the fear about him

 

We have the Irish Baresi in Defence, who needs CCV

 

fear too, coming from a couple of mentions on a Sheffield forum, said he was a bombscare.

Definitely a player in there..

Looks quite quick on the ground, no just in a foot race but in his anticipation/desire to go and defend long diagonal balls, instead of waiting on them..

Looks strong, good in the air and his passing looks fine..

 

Aye mate absolutely lad looks good


Think Brendan will work wonders for him


Also having a player he knows in Cameron helps
