    In a month where you would think that backing would need to be giving to the boards new man in place it's been awfully quiet.

    Can see maybe GMS coming in last day of the window but it's all very quiet at the moment.

    Board being tight arses again or not fully trusting Deila with the money?

    There has only been a handful of signings in Britain so far clubs tend not to buy in January because of inflated prices and if they do most business is done on the last day

    If it is the case that they don't trust him with money, this early into his Celtic career, and only one permanent signing later, then we might as well get rid of him at the end of the season.

    I think it might be a mixture of both. How many of the loans have proven successful so far. Also is there not a limit of the amount of players a club can have in on loan at any-onetime ?

    im one of the people who thinks the manager needs time and to bring his own players in, it worries me that this has not been done yet, i just hope ronny is not the type of guy who will take what he gets, and be happy with it. if this is the case then we are *, as it means he has more or less no say in who we bring in, are we all of the opinion at this moment he is happy with what he has got ??

    I think we'll stick a nominal sum bid in for GMS on the last couple of days.

    Apart from that the biggest signing they could just make just now is giving Commons a new deal.

    Thing is, I really * think we need centre backs in this window. Van Dijk and Denayer will go early in the summer, we need replacements before the qualifiers.

    Certainly doesn't mate. I'm not a big fan of the loan deals either if I'm honest, for reasons I've stated previously. I think we both agreed on that if I remember correctly.

    Sundays game is a godsend for them. They will be hoping we will be too distracted by this to think about the transfer deadline. A big win and they can tell us all is rosy again and we will not need any new signing.
