There seems to be a few regular knee jerkers:rolleyes:

People need realise that players have bad spells of form and injuries, the key is having the depth is squad to cover.

Still needs to work on the defensive side of this game, no doubt about that, but going forward he is on fire right now. He's consistently been one of our strongest attacking outlets since the turn of the year. Hope he keeps it up, he has massive potential.

I fully stand by my comment I made after the Zagreb game. He's a decent fullback who's found a bit of form again but his injuries and inconsistency plague him. When was the last time he went 90 minutes for 2/3 games?

So do I. He was abysmal in that game and was consistently poor for ages in the lead up to it. Been better recently tho

Depends if any ligaments are * could be back in 7-10 days if not but ronny said didn't know how long he could be out for which makes me think it could be a bad one

  15. Id bet theres nothing wrong with him, same as Denayer last week.

Probably subbed at HT, knowing from before the game that he'd only be playing half a game "twisted ankle" made up, to deny he was rested.

So he's * for weeks, has a good run of around 5 games then bang, injured again.

It's round in circles with this lad.

Hopefully. Surely if he twisted his ankle he would have come off during the half after he twisted it?

A twisted ankle (if he is in fact injured) is not an 'injury prone' injury though. It's just very unlucky.

Some players just seem to be more prone to these soft tissue impact injuries though slaw, to the point where it is beyond sheer bad luck. Maybe to do with ligament laxity or something. I'm working in orthopaedic surgery next year so maybe I'll do some research into the matter. I'll be sure and pass my findings on to the Celtic medical department ha

    Shame about the injury.

He had a few pretty good games, although I thought he was rank last night.
