The thing I find weird is that in 6 months time does she change from a vulnerable little girl into a woman? Not defending Johnson here more having a dig at the law.

 

Yeah, it's a bit muddy there. However if he likes the idea of having his way with a 16 year old (which is creepy as *) then he could of waited they few months. he knew she was still a child, an undeveloped child.
And he went full steam ahead. He's a beast, and that's it.

Yes of course there is a huge diffeence between a 15 year old victim and a 5 year old victim,any one who abused a 5 year old should be shot dead.
Anyway the law is the law and that has to be some sort of border in this type of law,and everybody with a brain is fully aware that the age of consent is 16.Yes there are cases of 14 and 15 year old girls that lie about their age in night clubs or parties and get off with older men..........
However in this case Johnson is an arrogant,ignorant * so i hope they throw the book at him,what a *! Imagine how you would feel if thart was your daughter or neice??

I love how folk still think that anyone going to prison in 2016 is like a scene from Scum the movie, rather than the reality of guys like Johnson sitting around playing Xbox all day eating Monster Munch and signing Sunderland shirts in exchange for extra privileges from the guards.

Not at all, he'll be losing access to his loved ones, his life is destroyed and his future as a footballer is in tatters.

I'm just saying that he's most likely not going to be getting raped, fisted, having his food spat in or any of that sensationalist stuff.

He'll be treated like any other high-profile inmate, which means he'll not be in any real danger.
