I must admit when I heard the bells I had the feeling had this could be our year and we could win the CL

Do we dare even think about it:84: :celt_2: :shamrock:

I dont really give a * what yous think

Its acheivalbe and I think we can do it!

If we drew Joses Porto or the Liverpool team who won it I would fancy our chances oof beating them and with a great keeper anything can happen

nothing is impossible in football like look at erm porto and monaco they reached the final.

Courage and determination and beleve is our key.

All we need is a wonder kid and a goal scorer (JVOH)

If we tighten up our midfield and our defence and keep our striker uninjured we could get far as the semi final.

Give me 5 mins to find a great line up for cl

    40 years on from Lisbon.............

It's time we put it to bed and moved on. It's a huge millstone round our necks, always has been, and probably always will be. We complain about english * talking about '66.

We will never be CL standard while we play in the SPL.

Don't hate me for this, but I'm all lisbon lioned out.:54:

The fact that it's now 40 years since Lisbon should tell us something.

It shows how far we've fallen. How many more anniversaries must we have?

    We're making fools of ourselves.

The guys who won it for us are idolised and rightly so, but every time I see them, and see how old they are, it just reminds me how long ago it all happened.

    Never gonnae happen again.

Hey I am all for being optimistic and being positive but I really don't see us winning the European Cup this season. To be honest I think we have done very well so far in reaching the last 16. I think we have a shot against AC Milan in the last 16 but to my mind we go into the tie as major underdogs.

It might not happen again, but we do have the possibility of moving forward, and I believe we will, there are signs of it, sometimes quickly sometimes slowly, it will always materialize if those at Celtic Park work for it! :50:

I have not said I "expect" anything but going by some peoples logic on this thread...... IF we beat AC meelan we shouldnt buy tickets for the 1/4 final as we would be making "fools" of ourselfs because we would go out
