I think it be funnier if we score 1st and it is Koki to have it run to the celtic fans and put his left leg in and his left leg out in aout in out and shake it all about!

Apparantly in the USA you're not allowed to sing that. It's now known as 'Ba ba happy sheep'.

The world has gone seriously mental.

Could someone explain how hoky koky is supposed to be offensive?

The Celtic Song so long as Dean Park doesn't sing it.
Can't see what the fuss is all about, rather annoyed that the moronic tabloid press have jumped on it though. * stirring gits! Who cares! Ignore it.:38:

they arent bright enough to know any better let them get on with it gawd . I find it all quite amusing and some of the songs are in good taste . At the end of the day the losing fans need to suck it up and take it on the chin and stop getting bent outa shape about silly things . I hope we win as usual but if we dont i wont be killing myself or * i will be more determined for us to win every other game and get 4 in a row

four leaf clover, just cant get enough.
Its the hokey pokey over here, dunno why the difference.

I just thought it was silly song to get little kids to move around so they would take their naps later.

I can see how it could maybe be a jab at catholic mass....if you were really bored and thought about a silly kids song for way too long instead of getting on with your life.

Still Mizuno to score first, then break out the hokey koki!

Game at 7:30 am over here, I might not even go to bed the night before.

But if you actually check the Oxford:
Seems clear though that "hocus pocus" sounds a lot more like the first one. Ironically, looks as if the original phrase Hocus Pocus (and quite possibly the song) WAS anti-catholic, and the previous political correctness was to brush that fact under the carpet.

Bottom line though, if the story is genuine, Cardinal Keith O'Brien has got wayyyyy too much feckin time on his hands. :icon_mrgreen:

    4-0 The Hoops.

Wasn't it kilmarnock who first sang this song when celtic went in to do the huddle? Well thats what i've heard, If rangers start to sing this at the start of the game we should join in and all the celtic players should dance to it as they come out of the huddle! Then the confused look on the faces of the rangers fans would be priceless haha

    * what the scum have to sing, does anyone really care....? they concentrate more on how to "try" and offend us with little kids songs rather than take notice we are going to do them 4 times over!!!

    * the rangers and * there poxy songs they have to sing!

    C'mon Celtic!!!
