Barry ferguson rfc captain

All be it yes I had referred to the current mcmanus haters as morons however I still feel very justified with the original post which was merely meant to back our captain and the pish that comes back in return........

1. shouldnt mean anyone gets into trouble lol
2. doesnt mean im a rocket
3. or a drug addict
4. or an alcaholic
5. Mcmanus is young in defenders terms at 26, considering he has only been playing regular first team football for 3 seasons !, he could go on till 35 or more quite easily so yes is still young.
6. Mcmanus is worth high value to us otherwise he wouldnt be captain, wouldnt be on a lengthy contract and wouldnt be on one of the highest salaries within the squad.
7. mcmanus has to be worth 3-4 million at least in the current football market
8. if you dont rate mcmanus then it means you dont trust gordon strachan and it means you dont not respect him or the coaching staff who have reared mcmanus from youth. Everybody involved with coaching mcmanus would appear to disagree with you in the fact they all seem to see something in him, are they all wrong ? i dont think so !
8. To the chap who said he could name 100 better central defenders in europe, feel free to go ahead mate.

If you look at it sensibly you will realise mcmanus is just going through temporary loss of form which is being magnified as it was with caldwell last season.

Finally to mr maccool, barry ferguson is not the same player as mcmanus so how can u compare let alone emphatically say ferguson is better ? they are both scottish internationals and i can guarantee mcmanus when he finishes his career will have more caps for us and that should tell you a lot of things about ferguson who you appear to love. ferguson is 30 and has been playing for national team since 21 with about 35 caps, mcmanus has only been playing for scotland 2 years and already has 18.......................

I dont think McManus is that good tbh, if he wasnt captain he wouldnt have played as much games as he has. Barry bawbag has been criticised by THEM alot recently.

 

McManus is good, but 'one of the best young defenders in europe' eh...naw.

 

he gives away possesion all too often by hiking the ball up the pitch uits very frustrating to watch
