    i was offered the chance to get an iphone 3g.
    i didnt know much about it so i asked a few a people and some said its good some said its useless.

    so... any other good phones out or should i just buy the iphone...

    How much did they offer it to you for? The iPhone isn't really that great anyway If I was you I would go with a Nokia N96.

    I am * sick of phones, lost a good one four months ago, got a new samsung one and now its * as well, it wont charge up, i must have broke the charging pin, which is to * flimsy,

    Dont get a Sony Ericsson what ever you do there * i have one and the battery life on it is pish.

    was offered it for £400 pay as you go.(16 gb) for the 8gb its only £350
    and just now im usin the sony ericsson k800i. battery lifes not bad.
    lol.
    so should i get the iphone

    mate, i have the iphone 3g 16gb, got it not long back for 392 or something around that in the carphone warehouse, the thing is a good phone bt some bad things aswell, no bluetooth, bad camara, cant zoom in and doesnt take videos bt other than that im happy with it :), at least i think so..

    i read somewher that the iphone did have bluetooth. must be b*********g lol.

    Any phone that can phone,text and that has a decent camera mp3 added is a good phone.

    haha. the whole bluetooth thing was hilarious

    i want that blackberry storm but as far as im aware its only on contract.

    any other phones that are decent.. cheers guys

    ive heard about this jail breaking stuff bt i have no idea what it is :31:
    aye, u probley did hear it has bluetooth, but its only for a handsfree kit :50:

    the blackberry is a phone that is made for sending emails, just like the walkman was made for music :87:

    jail breaking just means you get apps for free and some other things.
    dont do it. you loose your warranty if you do.

    and can you change the bluetooth settings so you can send/receive multimedia.

    i download all the good free apps bt does jailbreaking mean u get any apps u want? sounds good if it does, bt if i do jailbreak it, can i change it back to normal settings like when i bought the phone?

    and i dont think that u can change the bluetooth settings, bt ill let u no if i find out :50:

    im not sure if you can set it to factory settings once its jail broke. try find a few youtube videos. that might help lol.

    and yeah if you find out anything about the iphone please let me know. would be much appreciated. thanks
