    I found that on sport.onet.pl :

    http://sport.onet.pl/1181035,wiadomosci.html

That guy - Colin Duncan from "Daily Record" says that
before signing Boruc earned 20k pounds/week and now
    he earns about 50k pounds/week.

If Celtic can offer that kinda money to a keeper
than why would Artur want to move to e.g Arsenal
( I've heard that Arsenal would offer him about
    35k/week ) ?

I thought that he earns something like 10-12k.

Do you think that's true or that Colin Duncan
    is exaggerating a bit ?

Ooops - my mistake :52: I just got used to that weekly wages
stuff that when I saw it I thought it was 50k/week.
Now it looks more realistically :56:

Yeap - I'm Polish through and through m8.

Well, looks like press is confusing us again.
Anyway I was just surprised when my eyes
deceived me and I saw 50k/week but then
    again 50k/month (12k/week) after signing
contract doesn't look good either :97:

What tha * - it doesn't really matter.
He signed for 3 1/2 years and that's
    what matters :50:

Yeh it's strange...players like Thompson, Sutton, Lennon, Naka, Hartson get paid 20-30k a week, wheras who I rate as our best (Petrov) gets paid only around 15k. As you've noticed with those players I named, they are older and served the club well (Naka apart). Petrov is also one of the longest serving players at the club, and when his contract expires in the summer, you can be sure he'll be offered a good 25-30k a week. It's all in the loyalty and commitment you see.

Petrov surely deserves a higher wage. He played for a long
time for Celtic and he proved his commitment to the club.

Maybe there's a clause in his contract that raises his payments next season? It'd be ok, could keep him in the club for a longer period.

Evening Times report the figures at 5K per week during loan. The new deal gives him 20K per week. These look more realistic to me.

Looks the most accurate figures to me.

20K is a great wage for a keeper, but I think Boruc is worth it.

    Well done Celtic board :50:

They must have a lot of money to throw around bhoys,But good-luck to them bhoys+the press are just a bunch of greedy fat * do anything 4 a story *!,Just lets hope common sense 4 the board to give G.S something to work-on 4 a right-back+left back to need cover 4 them,The rest of the other area of the pitch is sorted?

and to add to that, he seems to be brilliant at saving penalties. Hopefully this is the top class player weve been lookin for.

Too bad you didn't watch England-Poland - you might change
your mind. Klos is nowhere near Boruc's skill :celt_2:

Pure and utter tabloid *, I can safely say this because I know exactly what Artur is getting as a weekly wage just now and what he was getting during the loan period.
