    I really hope Roy Jones leathers Calzaghe. I dont know about yous, but I think Calzaghe is arrogant and he's not nearly as good as he makes out. He's been champion for 10 years, and for 10 years didnt fight outside of Cardiff. 5-7 years ago he could have been fighting the likes of Bernard Hopkins and Roy jones in their prime - and they would have leathered him. Its just annoying that he's deciding to fight these guys now, Bernard Hopkins is 43 and Roy Jones is 40 and they're not nearly as good as they were.

    I mean watch this video of Roy Jones Jnr in his prime and then tell me that chump Calzaghe deserves to be in the same ring as him. This is quite unbelevable............

    Good one.. Calzaghe has beaten Eubank, Kessler & Jeff Lacy (Next Tyson according to the yanks) all in there prime.. He beat B Hop in USA, the same man who absolutely slaughtered Kelly Pavlik last weekend.

    Joe Calzaghe is a true legend, 10 years at the top nobody could touch him on his day, the sheer speed and frequency in which he throws his punches is phenominal. Do you know anything about boxing?

    Theres no denying Joe aint a great boxer, but to say he is better or has a better record than Jones Jr is ludacris. Just check Joe's (padded) record against Jones's and just look at the sheer quality of opponent Jones has been in there with compared to Joe's.

    I love Joe Calzaghe and I hope he batters Jones Jr. Talking about fighters in their prime, did you see Hopkins in the fight of his life against Pavlik? Hopkins is probably in the best shape he's ever been in, he looks after himself very well. He was much faster than Pavlik which nobody would have expected. If Pavlik fought Calzaghe at the same weight then Joe's speed would be frightening.

    he beat Hopkins by a questionable decision IMO, as much as i think Calzaghe is a great boxer, I honestly don't think he done enough to win that fight.

    He's now running scared from Hopkins after seeing what he done to Pavlik.

    I'll be rooting for Jones Jr.

    Jones will go down in history as the better fighter he went from middleweight to heavyweight winning titles ffs. Calzaghe wins this one, but prime for prime Jones would win this one no doubt.

    i love the fact that some of you see joe as arrogant

    he is far from it , gain a bit of boxing knowledge ffs ,the guy has been media shy for his entire career !!!

    He is an arrogant * though, its not his fault he's british is it.

    same with Hatton, Haye, Prince nawank, Amir * ....

    Hatton and Amir have both had the smartness taken right out of them from better fighters now though, Can't wait till it happens with Joe.

    Problem with British sportsmen is the British media and therefore the public enjoy sitting them on a pedestal than battering them down off it.

    Calzaghe is a living legend, end of.

    what would ''ricky hatton '' do .....

    ricky has lost the plot , he cant even talk about his previous fights or his career without mentioning ''Ricky Hatton'' !!!! as if its somebody else !!!

    he'll make a good stand up comedian (seen his after dinner stuff ) but its time for him to stop boxing ,and he knows

    When you look at all these guys from America i think it's even unfair to say that Hatton is arrogant (see Mayweather Jr). It'll be a close fight and I'll be cheering for Calzaghe, but theres no doubt even if he losses Jones is the bigger legend with the better record, even if not the better boxer (if you know what i mean)
