    bored so thought id make a thread :50:

    we have worst miss but what about the best penalty you have ever saw?

    for me theres 2 and they were in the same game and it was big Jan Vennegoors v spartak moscow for the fact that he missed 1 then stepped up under enormous pressure and smashed it home :icon_mrgreen:

    the other was Magic Zurawski's in the same game, i dont think iv ever saw a penalty with as much power and placement in all my life :50:

    No doubt about it in my opinion, Zidane's v England in the dying moments of their opening game in Euro 2004 to make it 2-1. Not just the occasion and the great comeback after he scored a free-kick one minute earlier, but the way he wrapped his foot round the ball and totally decieved the keeper.

    Yeah but he isn't doing that with tens of thousands of fans, watching millions on tv and the pressure is off in training.

    So know it wouldn't make my list.
