To be fair while the current Irish squad has very little quality in it and we are a very poor side Kenny isn't getting anywhere near the field this window. Evan Ferguson and Troy Parrott will be the main strikers.

It was a successful night for the Celtic players on the international scene last night, with five of the Hoops’ first team squad involved in victories for their national sides.

At Hampden Park, Anthony Ralston and Kieran Tierneyboth made appearances from the bench as Scotland secured a massive three points with a 3-1 win over Greece.

Steve Clarke’s side had to come back from 1-0 down to keep their World Cup qualification hopes alive, and the goal which drew Scotland level came from former Celt, Ryan Christie, with Lewis Ferguson and Lyndon Dykes getting their names on the scoresheet to seal the victory.

Elsewhere in Scotland’s qualifying group, Denmark hammered Belarus 6-0 with Celtic’s No. 1 Kasper Schmeichel playing the full match for the Danes.

Similarly, Viljami Sinisalo also played the full match for Finland in Helsinki as they defeated Lithuania 2-1 in their quest to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

Colby Donovan played the first-half for Scotland’s Under-21 side as they racked up an emphatic 12-0 win over Gibraltar at Dens Park.

Knowing the way our luck has been over the last few weeks some of them will come back injured and then we'd really be in the *

Would imagine most of them would be on the bench

So the minutes wouldn’t be a problem

I wonder how many season enders we'll be left with after this round of fixtures..

I'm going Maeda, Trusty and Tounekti..

If ever there was an international window that I feared for our players its this one. We just cannot afford to lose more players.
