Celtic Statement: Green Brigade Suspended from Celtic Park

Over the last wee while you could see that some of the cops have been itching to arrest fans and a lot of them give the evil growls and stares. Also. there's absolutely no denying that some of the stewards have been right pain in the arses and are just looking to be as obstructive as possible when they should be there to help and assist the fans.

 

Zero * respect for the support (not just the GB), just another sign that this boards time is up. So * out of touch it's unbelievable.

 

There will be plenty more to come as the season goes on, think the AGM is going to be very hostile.

 

I don't think a joke about the huns will cut it this time

 

This can't turn into a CFC-GB war.

It's a very deliberate and coordinated distraction from the real issues and attempt to convince fans (and themselves) that the anger and dissatisfaction amongst all supporters with the board is just an extreme minority.
It is clearly not.

GB, please don't let them suck you into a war and provide an excuse for them.
All fans and the collective have to remain united, peaceful and focussed. HH

 

Definitely not, think they know deep down it won't work but they will still run with it anyway.

Wouldnt put it past the board to try and engineer an incident like this purely as revenge tactic

 

Ffs, if any of you are shareholders and want the board gone CALL A * EGM and get it done or stop * whining about it.

 

Not a curse just the mismanagement of the club by Desmond and his board cronies all coming to a head IMHO.

 

I don't for one minute believe that the timing of this ban is just a coincidence. I think this is another instance of Desmond and his board cronies being perfectly happy to sabotage our own team for their own agenda in this case I think this is a tactic to try and create a split in the supports stance against Desmond and the board. Well for me just like with the hit pieces on Rodgers and the Saturday nights statement this just reiterates for me how bad that Desmond, Lawwell, Nicholson and McKay are for Celtic and how important it is that we get rid of them.

 

They’re rolling out the greatest hits of smoke a mirrors. Pin everything On Rodgers that’ll buy us a few weeks, Ban the GB that should get us to Xmas. My money is on * WIGman appearance at the derby to cap it off

 

It's to prevent protests. A game or two would be one thing, but six?!

They're clearly aware that performances will remain poor, that there will be no imminent decision on the management vacancy, and that the GB will be chanting '* the board' until those situations are resolved.

Literally going to war with the fans in the most petty way possible. Hate them.

 

Didn't witness what happened but a large number of GB left there area and ran to the concourse just as the second half was kicking off. They all returned a few minutes later.

 

Everything about this club is a shambles at the moment and there’s a recurring element at the heart of it.

I don’t think the GB are angels but this is just deflection. There have been far more cases of poor behaviour that haven’t been disciplined like this in the past. Using the banners as an excuse is a cop out.

 

The place was rotten the last time within, totally devoid of any atmosphere.
