He was appointed in October window shut on August. Even at that Idah had been here since January and was 100% on Rodgers.

Rodgers reportedly spoke with Balikwisha the summer prior, then he got injured so at very least he's equally responsible.

Disagree on Nygren and Tounekti. Even at that Nygren was £1.2m it's hardly a massive waste of money as you claimed not when you consider we pay the tax man £7m+ every year

I don't think he has much day at all tbh, Lawwell controls absolutely everything including hiring of scouts and who is signed.

Yeah don't see Desmond going either but modernization is an absolute must. Starting with the removal of the fat accountant and his simp CEO

This upcoming Winter window makes or breaks our season. I have zero - absolutely zero faith we'll do anything remotely required.

Brendan wanted "pace and power", how many signed under Tisdale have that combined profile?
Aye and Brendan wanted "pace and power", how many signings under Tisdale have that combination?
In our announcement of Tisdale on the club website it states he was involved during the Summer 2024 transfer window prior to his official appointment, so as I said, that window is on him too, he scouted Engels who is a colossal waste of money at £11M, he would have been a waste of money even at £5M truth be told, taking a decent corner every so often nowhere near enough

Sacking him will solve the issues just as much as it did when Congerton, Hammond and Lawwell jr left the problems are much bigger than Tisdale and even Nicholson who in the past week has been shown to be an absolute dweeb just a name to tick a box whilst Desmond has carte blanche

I agree mate, but is a former Exeter manager what we should have as a chief of the entire scouting setup?

Of course not. He needs sacked pronto like many others

Having him as our chief is as ridiculous as having a guy from the 5th tier in Moldova leading our front line.

Probably not but you could have anyone in that position same as you could have anyone in the dugout when it comes to European football absolutely nothing will change as the boards ambition doesn't exceed Glasgow
