Football is moving away from us. Any team that is run in a professional day to day manner with a fully staffed sports science team and a modern data analytics set up will clean the floor with us.

We can't go on running this club off the vibes of a bunch of retired bankers. Midtjylland, Brugge, Copenhagen. Brighton, Brentford etc are all miles ahead of us. Even hearts are ripping the pish out of us and they've only been at it a few months.

We're on a bad downward spiral unless we can get rid of these * pronto. It's crazy that our next manager is going to be decided by them. We're going to be managed by Lee Carsley because Desmond goes golfing with him.

European group stage football in 19 out of 20 seasons.

    Some job they’re doing.

World class basics is what they plastered up on the changing room wall.

Meanwhile we fail to beat teams doing the basics better than us with smaller budgets time and again. The lack of self-awareness is the biggest issue with this board.

Maybe the best thing to happen Celtic will be hearts winning the league, like that time sevco beat us in the cup. If Hearts winning the league doesn't show that * Desmond hes doing it wrong nothing will. Results in Europe dont bother him, havnt done for 20 years, Tony Bloom strolling up here and winning the league at his first attempt might humilate him enough into action.. unlikely but ya never know.

The Narrative of its all Brendans fault lasted 2 weeks.. back to blaming who's really at fault here...

You could put Prime Pep Guardiola in charge tomorrow and nothing would change.

Those at the top must go and go now and a new younger, innovative board must be installed with a proper Morden football structure and Desmond must fall in line like the humble shareholder he is.

I sorta get this point and if it wasn't the diets in the running I'd be on board with it. However I can't stand that mob and I can't bring myself to want it even if I think it'll benefit us long term.

I don't think it would necessarily have that effect on DD. He would probably spend some money to get better players and a manager in. But would the club's structure drastically change? I doubt he would endorse that under practically any circumstances.

A change in structure threatens the control DD wields at the top of the pyramid. You can't have DOFs coming in spending the club's money, which is really yours after all, nor PR people getting uppity when you want to release a statement slagging the outgoing manager. What's the point in sort-of owning a football club if you can't ignore it for months on end then turn up and make a few arbitrary decisions without any oversight or support from among the fanbase?

DD will never willingly modernise the club. He just needs to go.

Need shareholders to call an EGM and make sure these * can’t leave the room until they answer real supporters questions and are made to answer for all the bullshit

Get every supporter up to stadium capacity to put in £1,000 approximately to buy the board out.
Desmond’s shares are worth just over £54 million.
That would be 60,000 stadium capacity X £900 each.
Considering what each season ticket holder spends each season it would be worth it.
