Did a lot of good work, but some sloppy.stuff tbh at times.

But hes doing well enough but needs to sharpen up technically.

Spot-on. Great header and was unlucky with another chance but a lot of his play was sloppy. Still, considering how little he’s played he’s come a long way in the space of a week, fair *.

Behave yourself, both are fine as 3rd and 4th choice. We need a proper quality striker and right winger in January.

Seems to be benefitting from MoN more direct style. We still need better but good luck to the lad.

If he keeps this scoring form up we'll all be delighted.

I think they will get goals if we are supplying them with the chances. Both are young, enthusiastic, energetic and caused that Rangers defence a multitude of problems today. We have bigger issues IMO than striker if these guys maintain that form.

I've stuck up for Kenny when he has got slaughtered by people who never gave him a chance. Like Scales he is an easy target because he came from the LOI. If he maintains that form and keeps the goals coming then it's going to be hard to drop him.

There were plenty here who would have told you a few months back that Yamada is the answer and Kenny was rubbish. I argued with them on how they could say that with such confidence and authority.

He showed more today than he has done in a Celtic jersey, more than likely fuelled by the confidence of the Falkirk game.

He’s a better player than I thought is about as high a praise as I could give him.

Feel like his performance today will now be overshadowed because of Osmand taking the spotlight.

Massive congrats to Kenny. Didn't think he had that in him.

Made all the more sweeter given he was robbed of a winner at Ibrox last season due to a Daizen Maeda brainfart.

Delighted for him and produced a big performance.

They are young guys with potential, who are capable of scoring goals at SPL level. For us to really kick on we need a ready-made proven striker who you can be confident will turn up in European matches.

Raised his game today. Was very impressed.

Would love it if he can maintain it.

I’ve been surprised how people have viewed him, I’ve really liked everything I’ve seen. He has good hold up play, good in the air, very quick, strong, good link up play and quite comfortable carrying the ball. It’s been in small cameos mostly, in drugs and drabs, in a hard style to perform as a striker under BR The striker is there quite isolated to get the best out of the wingers. Showing what he can do and putting it all together, with a style more suited to a striker, more support around him.

He’s a style I’ve been desperately wanting, he is fine against a low block and very dangerous with a team that attacks and leave space. He just needs to keep it up, kick on and show what he can do consistently now.

Still raw but he needs to be kept in the team.

This is a huge couple months for him and Osmand. We need them to help us through to January.

I feel much better now than a week ago, with Iheanacho and they two.

BR must have been right on one thing, MON and Maloney don’t rate Yamada it seems either.

The man lived every Irish/Celtic fans dream, scoring against the Huns and celebrating infront of the *. Reminds me a bit of Shane Long.

As I said I think we have bigger areas to focus on than striker. If Kenny and Osmand keep banging them in until Jan they deserve a bit of trust.
