Taylor is not quicker than KT. He's not even quicker than this half-fit imitation of KT we currently have playing at LB. I agree that Taylor's skillset suits us more than Tierney's.

Interim Celtic manager Martin O'Neill has issued an update on the fitness of Kieran Tierney.

The left-back wasn't in his side's squad against Falkirk this evening, with Marcelo Saracchi starting ahead of the Scotland international.

Speaking post-match, O'Neill issued an update: "He's said he's much better.

"He's feeling better. It was just a niggle.

"I seen him in the dressing room before the game, and he's feeling much better than he did.

"I know he played the game [at the weekend], but he was niggling. It was a stiffness as much as anything

Could we see him playing at the weekend and he’s just been given a rest? Good squad management if so

Hopefully not - Sarraci’s streets ahead currently.

Can't wait to see him under MON / a new manager. BR sucked the life out of the players.

The same with Kieran. Kieran finished the game, didn’t he, against Hearts, but then felt it in training. A bit of a groin strain.

But I think he’s going to be training tomorrow, and will hopefully be fit for selection on Sunday.”

Much like Maeda I think we will most likely see Tierney off the bench on Sunday. Sarrachi deserves to start regardless but it would be great for the strength of the bench if we had Tierney to call on as well as Maeda now.

Needs more tackles on him to feel normal. Purely psychological rehab.

Seema to have lost pace but still got that quality deliveries. Likely start midweek, decent options at LB now.

Did well when he came on, just not the player he was. Strong contribution all the same though, fair play.

He had a few very awkward touches when he came on initially but seemed to settle the longer it went on. He still looks way off the level you'd expect though.

Overall he done well when he came on, his crosses were on the money.

As @TIART mentions above, I think it’s a psychological thing with KT.

He still doesn’t trust his body to play at 100%. You’d like to think it’s an area the club are helping him to work on.

Deffo. Tried to beat his man at one point and was quite painful to watch..

Was good the longer it went on though..

Good assist and one he absolutely meant for me. Wasn't trying to score..

I think he's still injured, was surprised he played and don't think he would've if Saracchi was able to continue.

Didn't take part in any of the training sessions for this game.

    His deliveries today were excellent.
