    If they 2 wanted to play for us they would have done earlier.... but they went for money in their pockets instead of being a CELTIC player. And their is better than them that could have made more money elsewhere but stood with us throughout.

    Exactly what I was thinking mate. We don't want another washed up KT or McCarthy.
    We are not a retirement home for ageing prima donna footballers. I don't care if they are Celtic supporters or not.

    Has had a good game tonight against Frankfurt, played a beautiful ball for the first goal

    I honestly can’t believe some of the comments here. It’s not Andy Robertson from 2021 where he’s the best fullback in the world, but he’s still * miles better pedigree than anyone we have and has a lot to offer still - he won the PL last year while playing almost every game

    Kieran Tierney and Andrew Robertson aren't in the same league the now mate.

    Robertson is what Tierney would be if Celtic didn't run KT into the ground playing him while he was injured because the rest of our team was guff.

    We owe it to KT to give him a year off the football so he can focus on recovery else there's no point in having him realistically.

    Robertson is a class left back but there is zero chance he will end up at Celtic, on too much money and will have plenty of options to stay in the PL or go abroad.

    The only way it happens is if Robertson really wants to come and is prepared to take a big pay cut from what he is on and what he could get elsewhere after he leaves Liverpool. Not impossible but highly unlikely.

    He's made it clear before he wants to play for Celtic, or stay at Liverpool the rest of his career - but he's not going to want to play such a small role like he is currently.

    Would be a humongous coup if he came here. He's not Tierney with his hips like glass so would be a worthwhile addition. Would have to be a regular starter here though
