    Moretti

All about £7 for a pint. * terrible prices.

Tried a Beamish in Ballbriggan and thought it had quite a chocolatey taste. Maybe it takes a bit of getting used to.

Tried Murphy's when I was younger but can't remember it.

Murphy's is becoming more popular over here from what I can tell. Seen it in supermarkets and behind the odd bar here and there.

I was drinking Murphy’s when I was in Killarney a few months ago. Thought it was a brilliant pint and better than Guinness. If I’m over in the North I’ll have Rockshore or sometimes get cans sent over here, but it’s not the same as a pint. Tried Beamish the other week when I was in Derry but not for me.

Don't drink stout myself but was curious as when I worked in pubs and went out in town regularly a long time back both Beamish and Murphy's where pretty common. Sure places like The Griffin and similar had all 3 at one point. Fair few sold Guiness plus one of the other 2.

Looks like McChuills and The Laurieston both serve Murphys and a few others still serve Beamish: https://www.cavedirect.com/blog/post/beamish-comes-to-great-britain-with-cave-direct

Definitely need to get to a boozer that has Murphy’s. I like Guinness but would always drink Rockshore when I was over in Ireland. One pint of Murphy’s and that was me for the rest of the trip. I was sold. I’d say Guinness and Murphy’s are closer taste wise than Beamish is to the other two.

Do like most beers, but those are the 5 Indrink probably the most.

Im also a sucker for wee French Beers that come via Morrisons or whatever.
