    Covid debt
Teams in Europe not signing players
    UEFA regulations
    Foreign tax laws

We're about 6 months away from "my dug ate the contract"

To put it simply, delaying tactics. They want to stretch things out as long as possible with the belief that the different fan groups will bicker amongst themselves and the drive for change wil eventually run out of steam and fall apart.

Every few weeks they will throw us a bone, whether it's another meeting, or a press release about some change to the operations, not the football operations obviously, but something like marketing or media relations, to show they are "doing something" while not actually doing anything.

The Board have decided that no accountability, actions or even admit of failings will be given, The fans are just customers who will not have any say in the club.

The Board KNOW they have big money in the bank and already have the season ticket money. They are FINANCIALLY INVESTED in the club and take money OUT.

The fans are EMOTIONALLY INVESTED and put money IN

The Board are hoping that the longer this goes on then splits will appear in the fan base and they can wait it out. It now falls on the Collective and the Steering Group to come up with ACTIONS that we can all get behind

Nothing is ever going to change until those * are running the football Club.
They are defending the indefendable and doubling down on it.

    This is a mockery.

    Calm down lads.

Let wait until the end of the January window eh?

Back on planet earth, we're apparently recruiting a new "head of business operations".

    Priorities.

Club is a * mess. Team is a mess. Coaching a mess. Footballing operations a mess. Fans in open revolt. A title teetering.... But these * are advertising for another chimp in a suit to squeeze more cash out of the supporters.

You'd think we were being run by Mike Ashley or Charles Green.
Remember how we used to laugh at the huns, for being rinsed week in week out by those crooks.

To point to previous successes in the market as well has to set alarm bells ringing when the stratagey clearly failed miserably in the summer. We've massively regressed and it's came directly as a cause of the utter failure of the board but hey ho not to worry remember the fee we got for O'Riley

There seems only to be two viable options.

Scenes like the COVID season where rioting was the only thing that seemed to get them to act or else a fan movement that looks to attract some form or consortium to come in and buy a significant shareholding in the club and move the current custodians out.

These people on the board have a neck tougher than reinforced steel. They have no conscience or humility when it comes to addressing their own failings. They view fans with utter contempt so the only way you are going to get them to act or resign is make them fear for their safety.

It's sad that it has to come to this but we have a board that is a plutocracy and who are shameless about their failings.

Sadly the only language some people understand is violence.

It had to be given a try and I think the main benefit it had was to show those fans who were still supportive of the board that they are nothing but a shower of shysters who don't give a flying * about the fans. Hopefully the collective now feel empowered to take our cause forward. BACK THE TEAM, * THE BOARD

Not sure about that... Pretty sure that resident franchises like this are based on them bidding for a virtually guaranteed income - ie. The price is based on an estimated uptake, so if Celtic fail to provide it they may be in breach of the terms and conditions and needs to make up some/all of the company's shortfall... They're essentially employed by Celtic as service providers, but they pay for the privilege of providing it... Probably people on here who know way more about it than the very little I do though...

For every successful window they want to point to, I think the support and the manager can point to two more failed ones.

Aye boards times up. Gaslighting again now blaming tax rules in other countries for failed transfer business. All out attack mode by the fans now, full on protests and boycotts needed. Celtic have been successful on the park in spite of the board not becuase of them!
