Aye same here, I thought he was always portrayed as a bit of a Diva and an attention-seeker much like Cantwell but seems far from it. Really impressed with his attitude so far.

You ready to admit you were talking absolute * when you suggested he was 40 year old?

Maybe realises this is his proper last chance to make it at a high level. If he fails to make it at Celtic and leaves with a poor goal return and more question marks about his attitude, nobody of any real decent level is going to touch him.

29 years old too. Big, big year for him this and I get the sense he's determined to not only rebuild his reputation but start winning things again. That was telling yesterday with the passion he showed after being subbed off. Celebrating with his teammates when the winner went in despite being on the bench at the time. Love it.

Wasn't impressed with his performance against Braga but there's definitely more sharpness to come in his game. Was much better yesterday and as mentioned previously, has hit the net in every game he's played so far whether it be a disallowed goal or one that counts (with the exception of Partick Thistle I think).

Another couple of weeks of fitness and tactical work will push him on another level.

Lets hope so. But to be fair he has shown quite well and certainly been much better then I thought he would be already. Happy to be proven wrong about what I thought he could bring to the table for us this season.

Agree just think there is probably more to come and the break will help.

I think we've been spoiled with Maeda TBH. It's certainly true that Iheanacho will never press like that, high speed for 90 minutes; but how many strikers can? The main thing is that he can press in the right moments and he does it quite intelligently. Look at his part in the equaliser: he blocks the goalkeeper's passing lanes really intelligently. Look at how he's assessing and reacting.

I proper love him hahahahaha mental how much I’ve taken to him so quickly. Has that bit of class about him and his attitude actually seems brilliant. Definitely has the head screwed back on with a point to prove. Some guys just need to feel appreciated and they’ll repay that with 100% given every chance they get

His finish on the phantom goal was class I thought. Very assured. His contribution this season could yet be massive for us.

Think he needs to step it up a level or two which I hope he will as fitness and sharpness builds.

He still only has 1 goal from play to date in 5 games, 4 of them being starts. His link up play is good but I think his mobility and one sidedness are definitely weaknesses.
