just cant get excited for these games ,nothing to do with it being europa league but the fact the board gave zero * about us have a vastly weakened side coupled with rodgers boring as * tactics and * up team selections and subs .it has 0 - 0 written all over it ,we have * all goal threat

 

If you've stumped up the price of a ticket for this match then you've already given the board what they want. Being silent just affects the players.

 

Although I haven't taken up the package I still desperately want us to win (like i do every game we play) and I'm surprised to hear people say they couldn't give a * about it. If we do win we win despite those * on the board and if we loose we loose because of those *.

 

I don't not give a * about it, but I care less about it than I usually would.

In part, it's cos it's Europa, not the CL, and we should have had the CL. But also, I just know we're not going to go anywhere with it. We've not got the squad, tactics, or determination for a run in Europe. We never did it in years when we seemed to have more of those qualities, so there's no chance it's this year.

I'm frustrated with it but I'm also bored of it. Like I've seen this script play out before. Too many repeats and I'm losing interest.

 

Looking at the tickets still available tomorrow along with the kick off time and this could be the lowest attendance for any Celtic first team game in a long time. Throw in the silence as well this is going to be brutal. * the board!

 

We should do this for solidarity and our fan collectives end goal - but honestly, what a crap way to make a point.

Well, as the boycott isn't part of the agreed action, I'd expect to see all the Ultras etc..

Think we'll see some individual empty seats where people have expressed their individual right not to go.

Any boycott needs to be coordinated to have any real effect.

 

Try negotiate a price with them

 

aye tell them the price they want doesnt match your valuation and you cant be throwing money away

 

Offer a tenner then monitor the situation

 

Stay silent until they can't say no.

And we can't complain about our standing in this tourney. We are a middling euro team with occasional flutters of brilliance but mostly mediocrity and misery

It was left up to individuals what they done. Continuing to stump up money will produce zero results. These silences are nothing more than posturing and will ultimately achieve the square root of * all. The board will see this as a sign of weakness in my opinion. It also instantly creates a divide in the support as there will be many who have decided not to take up the tickets as they view this as the best course of action, I’m in that bracket and I’d definitely agree it’s the best way.

 

The empty seats for this one will be the early kick off time. Youd need a day off work to make it on time in alot of cases. Europa, sponsored good boy silences, playing a bit * anyway. None of that will make folk take the day off.

The next home game will have alot more at it.
