New kickoff rules have really sparked some offense. Field position was at a premium before but all of a sudden you find your team starting significantly further up the field.

Ravens looked dominant last night and that Cowboys Giants game was insane.

It’s such a good sport at its best.

Aye it’s a shambles.

There’s basic rules being broken almost every time they do it.

Well the optimism for the Raiders sure didn't last long. Looks like yet another long rough season ahead.

 

Lions beating Ravens in Baltimore quite a result.

 

If the Lions can keep most of their key players fit they have a legit shot at winning the NFC and making a first Superbowl appearance.

 

Tbh they were one of the favs from the start, still think the winner will come from Eagles, Bills or Ravens, even though they did get turned over.

With Gibbs, Montgomery and Brown they surely stand a chance.

 

Ravens need a head coaching change. We are wasting a generational talent in his prime, with one of the best rosters we’ve had. Probably better than the one that won our last Super Bowl.

 

MacDonald’s defensive system was elite.

Starting to see signs of that taking shape in Seattle. The offense still leaves a lot to be desired but they pounded the Saints on Sunday.

I think the Ravens are missing him a bit.

 

It certainly does seem like the Ravens have under performed when it matters most the past few seasons and seem to be doing likewise in the early going this season.

 

I wanted McDonald to stay and take over from Harbaugh. Tbh if that meant making it happen last year, I’d of done it. Move Harbs into a senior role.

We’ve become so stale under him.

 

I mainly just watch the Bills but it would have been hard to imagine the Ravens going 1-3 midway through the 4th quarter on gameweek 1.

 

Raiders should have won last night. Gutted.

The Ravens are done too.

 

Definitely not done wouldn’t surprise me if they lost 1 or 2 games the rest of the year. Played 3 of the best teams in the league and started slow last year too, it happens.

 

It depends on how serious some of those injuries turn out to be.

 

It was a disaster for sure. The O line actually played well as did the D. But this time its Geno Smith throwing 3 interceptions and even then, the Raiders still should have won. That was a tough one to swallow. Only going to get worse next week on the road against an inform Colts team.
