If Iheanacho can get 90 minutes in him than then id consider resting him

I dont think players consciously give up. They are just human and like anyone if they are fed up in a team, feel * off at their employer, they arent going to be at 100%.

I dont think Maeda has given up in his head, he just clearly doesnt want to be there.

He should not have started, mistake by Rodgers again. I'll still think Rodgers is playing games with the Board, with his questionable selections and substitutions.

I don't think Maeda should be selected again until the January transfer window, he clearly does not give a * anymore.

You've got to feel sorry for him, getting paid 10s of thousands of pounds to play for the biggest club he'll ever play for. I hope he's ok

 

His first half performance was ok on the right wing, hopefully he finds his spark and feels loved again, he has great ability when he is on form, his head is up his * at the moment which shows the guy is only human.

He shouldn't be starting at the minute, simply based on form. I reckon Rodgers is trying to play him into form but its the wrong choice I feel, he just isn't offering enough, his confidence is shot and tbh we are probably better with a Yang, Kenny, Forrest on the pitch now. Give him some time out, hope that the team can get going in his absence and gradually reintroduce him back in when the team is in a better position.
