Everybody okay from the other night?

Yes, we've got Reo Hatate as a question mark, but apart from that, we're virtually the same.

    What's the issue with Reo?

He felt a bit tight in his hamstring, so we'll just have to monitor that, and I'll find out this afternoon where he's at.

Obviously Hatate has not been good lately but we still need him available so given that I would be shocked if he starts tomorrow. Engels probably gets the nod instead.

Pointless risking him when there's so many others that can step in. Plus he's been honking! Leave him out.

Making one great pass doesn't mitigate the other 10-15 that go straight to the opposition. I've never seen a central midfielder so careless in possession - he can hit a perfect 30 yard diagonal then overhit a simple 5 yard pass a minute later.

There isn't enough quality moments to make all those basic errors worth it. He had a fairly good season last year but has been utterly dreadful so far apart from the strike at Pittodrie.

If he is fit he needs benched, even by his standards he is inconsistent, "on his day" is not good enough for us, we need more consistency

Some bench time is required to get him back to his best.

To be careful with him if I was brendan, Id rest him for like 20 weeks or something, just to be safe.

It does feel like we've been waiting a long time for gim to peak.....hes 26/27 now and cant be constantly molly coddled. Dropping out is needed for the team and himself.

Whoever steps in, whether it be McCowan, Bernardo, Engels or even Balikwisha.. needs to grab the opportunity.

That's been an issue when those players have started lately, they've been very poor and one of the reasons Hatate has played so much.

Hatate is class, the ball he puts through for Tounekti, for his goal at Thistle is a recent example of it.

He's just a infuriating passenger at times especially v The Huns

I wouldn’t have them on bench either.
They think there bigger than us and club.

Brendan Rodgers has revealed Reo Hatate misses out for Celtic against Hibernian due to injury.

The midfielder was subbed off in the second half of the Europa League draw with Crvena zvezda.

Rodgers had warned there was a question mark over whether the player would feature in the Scottish Premiership this weekend.

And he won't be involved against Hibs through a possible hamstring knock - but Rodgers is hopeful the midfielder won't face a lengthy time on the sidelines.

Quizzed on the Japan internationalist, Rodgers said: "Reo, yeah, we hope it won't be too long for him."
