And folk wanted him dropped after 1 * game, he’s the reason we’re so good defensively.

My MOTM, not only solid defensively but was our main creative outlet with his bursts out from the back when no one else would carry the ball more than 2 yards.

Played a couple of cracking cross field passes as well.

2 CB’s were by far only positive thing yesterday.

Back to some of his best tonight.

Body on the line stuff gives me the fear though. That challenge when they played it in behind over Scales.

    Brilliant defensively.
Needs some practice on attacking headers!

Big man was solid, right back to his best. That header though, still raging at that.

That was a really good chance for sure. Unfortunately as good a defender as CCV is getting on the end of attacking set pieces is not a strength for him. Both CCV and Scales were excellent tonight defensively and have been very good all season for the most part so far.

He was very solid second half in particular last night. Should have burst the net with that header just before half time, all he had to do was head it the way he was facing.

Hes a defender. His natural instinct is to miss the goal :56:

Fair play to him it was probably harder to head it where he did than on goal. He also probably stopped 2 or 3 goals at the other end.

I would throw Johnston in there as another contender. But if its either of the 2 of them as the next Celtic captain it first comes down to do they want to stay at Celtic for the long term.
