Dont know what some of these "select" players have to do worse to see some bench time.

Really dont see what it is Rodgers is expecting to happen by persevering with the likes of Hatate, Yang, and Maeda in this current position.

Also need to ask the question of what the * are we drilling in training. Do we have ANY set piece prep? Either dealing with them or indeed taking them? Do we have a defensive coach? Is any aspect of form taken into account with selection?

Times like these, ie working a very limited side, I miss a bit of pragmatism from a manager like Strachan. Did such an incredible job with a very poor pool of players.

A host of issues cost us a win tonight. And Rodgers' management is responsible for all of them.

The rising sun has set. Kyogo is gone. Maedas head is up his *, and Hatate is a man down. Rodgers needs to wake the * up.

He might have been asking on behalf of the board so they can calculate their next bonus payments:fear:

First half we were pish, same performances that couldn't get us past Kairat. When we got into the final third, we looked lost, no striker to get the ball to hold up and link up play. Maeda was pish, offside constantly, miles off it. Love him to bits but he better get his * finger out as no premier league team is touching him with his current form. Midfield 3 were absolute dog *. We defended OK first half, got caught out with a few balls into back post where Red Star had an overload. Should've been behind at half time.

2nd half I was buzzing for Iheanacho to come on, as he gives us an out ball, he's strong, good first touch and leads the line well.. Immediately better, great finish and should've scored another 1 with the tap in, was unlucky with the chip. Back 4 defended excellent 2nd half apart from set plays (which we've been absolutely embarrassing at defending since Martin O'Neill days, * * stuff).

Happy with a point, this was one of the fixtures that worried me when the draw was made as they are very good at home. I'm sure they battered Stuttgart 5-0 or something in champions league last year at home, and I think PSV?

We now have 2 home fixtures which are must wins against Braga & Sturm Graz before going to Midtjylland which again is a must win, as after that we head to De Kuip which I can't see us getting * all.

Iheanacho has to start as our main striker now, no excuses. Even an unfit Iheanacho with not much games behind him is a better option than Maeda as it stands. 2 goals and a great assist in his last couple games. Feel like he's already offering more than Idah offered in his last 6 months here.

feels like we need a preseason to get the players to gel

by the way has our winger scout only got one eye and can only see left wingers

    yang
    Balikwisha
    tounekti
    maeda
    jota

    thats ridiculous

leaving us with a 34 year old forrest as the only winger comfortable at playing right wing

Pure stuck up snobbery this attitude.

We’re not even good enough to win the competition you’re slagging, we’ll be lucky we’re even good enough to compete.

Given this is our trickiest game (I think?) then this is a decent result.

We need to be beating Feyenoord and Bologna away. They have fell off cliffs.

    As you were.

It's a point gained but a serious team beats this mob with ease. For where we're at, I would've taken it beforehand. We should really be above this level now though.

Never saw the game as I was working. I would've taken 1-1 before the game all day. Great to see Iheanacho on the scoresheet again... I feel the big man can do a job both domestically and in Europe.

For being in EL league stage we get £3.7 million
Each win gets £380,000 and each draw gets £130,000 which means just from EL we have so far got £3,830,000 minimum

Braga beat Feyenoord tonight, watched Midtjylland beat Sturm Graz in a very good game don't think any of these teams will be easy to beat and wouldn't be fearing Celtic the way we're playing at the moment

Said I couldnt be * with this comp and I wasn't staying up till 4am to watch it but its Celtic so I did:56:

First half utter *, second half we should of won it..

Hard to win a match when you start with 8 players... Reo, Maeda and Yang shouldn't be near the squad never mind first 11 at the moment but here we are.. I feel sorry Maeda and Yang being * over by the board so no doubt thats affecting their performances, Reo should of been sold last season or even the one before, hes an empty jersey for me

From what I can see this is a very open competition, there doesn't seem to be any outstanding teams, I think alot of teams could beat any other team on their day.

In Short I think this competition is a distraction to our main goal this season and thats to rid this club of the utter * running it or trying to run it.. So if we do well great, if not I really couldn't give a * ha

    SACK THE BOARD
