Can Osmand join a Scottish Championship side on loan in one of those deals where he can be recalled? Can these deals be entered into outside of the transfer windows and do they have to be club graduates.

For me its probably what is best for him right now. He doesn't have a senior club appearance, he can't make the Wales u21 squad. He's need to start at that level and prove himself first for me.

Coming through an EPL academy isn't an automatic indication you are good enough. I do find it bizarre we couldn't give Cummings a deal to keep him but were then happy to go and snap up Osmand. Just shows the complete shambles are club are at at an executive level.

He had to have been given promises before signing for us? Looks a major * up from his side as he would of developed a lot more by staying in Fulham's reserves. Strange one especially as he hasn't gone out on loan either

He's been involved with the first team with us which he hadn't been at Fulham. Don't know if he would have developed any better there but I think he badly needs a loan deal and it will probably be the Scottish Championship where I feel he might be best suited.

I think people have had extremely inflated expectations for him, I'd be surprised if he makes it a decent level. He turns 20 soon and hasn't even had a sniff of competitive football action.

I said when he first signed I bet he won't kick a competitve ball for us but just seems strange from his side to move up here. Maybe fancied testing himself but to not even get a loan is odd

Collateral damage from our shitshow of a summer window, hopefully the boy can get some gametime at some point here or get a loan in January.

There sure are some chess-playing from Rodgers, especially with Shin who are good enough to play and with Inamura even though i would play Saracci over him now but in some cases like this one i think the player just isnt good enough to play for us atm.

The spin was he was a signing for the first team but you could see he was a project/development signing. He had no senior club experience, no Wikipedia page or no u21 callup for Wales. I think certain people bought into the fact that he was a EPL youth player and apparently did well at that level as some indication of him being a great find.

He's not even that young. He's 20 years of age very shortly. The youth level in the UK isn't actually that high, anyone who is 17/18/19 etc who is highly rated is probably in with the first team or shipped out on loan to get first team experience. Its youth level soccer and only a small % of those players will make it at a good level in the game.

The saddening thing is we were probably happy to offer Osmand a higher wage that we were to Cummings/Vata/Kelly etc.

The boy could come good, I don't know anything about him but the factors surrounding them are not anything that would fill me with hope or expectation.
