That should rule him out forever imo. Can't have people like that around this club. Im sure we have at board level but that should hopefully be sorted in the future.

Genuine question asked out of my ignorance: did he actually do that to make a political point or was he just posting a picture of himself having a nice time on his travels (whether for work or pleasure) without wanting to make any particular political statement or get involved in anything political?

 

I wanted Jindrich when we ended up with Ange. Someone who seems to have regularly performed well in Europe and oversaw Slavia becoming the dominant force in Czech football over Sparta.

This is exactly the type we should be going for. Left-field but with a track record of winning and playing good progressive football.

 

Nicky Hayen. He's doing a fantastic job at Club Brugge, made them a real force in European football. One of the best up and coming managers in Europe. Would be hard to prise him away from Clubb Brugge, but we should at least ask the question of him.

 

You could hire Pep and we won’t improve in Europe until the football department is brought into the 21st century the only way to bridge the gap to the mega rich sides is to be 3 steps ahead in squad planning and aggressively trading which we don’t do either of.
