    * * that’s unadvisable. The team they have is despicable

    What’s wrong with them?

He must be gutted at missing out on the Juve deal. What happened there?

Handful of rapists, some domestic abusers, some GBH and I’m pretty sure a manslaughter somewhere around the team for Marseille’s roster the now.

Them signing Mason Greenwood was the most obvious transfer of all time.

  7. That... well. Is not the most efficient move

No joke hes probably equally as well off coming back up here with us on loan then play with the Marseille squad

I dunno, seems a fair enough move.
No buy option is probably a sign Brighton hope he uses it to kick on and returns better for them.

Rabiot being too much of an * for Marseille is damning but on brand

Looks like they want regular game time for him. Shame as I thought juve would have been a great move for him.

  11. Yeah on second thought, in looking at the signings Marseille are making for this season, im not saying they will be world beaters, but they certainly seem to be making some astute signings for them. They look like they are trying to build something

Had a look on their forum. They think hes rubbish and doesn't get on with the Brighton manager

This could work out well for us as if he goes there and does well you probably would have someone pay more for him than if he stays at Brighton and is in and out the team. There’s no agreed buy option so that’s a positive too.

I'm about done with all the bringing players/managers back after they've gone, it's getting so tedious.

But * me, for Matt I'd make an exception. Bring him home (choosing to ignore the Marseille link).

Decent against Real tonight without creating too much, looks a bit tentative and not the usual maverick he was with us.
    Subbed after 65.

Class act on and off the field. Had the pleasure of meeting him not long before he was sold to Brighton and it was clear that he really appreciated wearing the hoops and will be one of those ex players who will always be a Celt.

From what I seen of him at Brighton and the other night against Real..he's been playing the number 10 role off the striker in a 4-2-3-1 but he's far too honest in it. Wants to graft and put in a shift defensively but it's to the detriment of his attacking play. He was more of an attacking number 8 alongside Hatate with us in a 4-1-2-3 as we only played one sitting midfielder. I think that's how best to utilise him.
