Tounetki was the biggest positive of that game … finally a winger that you feel confident he’ll take a man on and beat him!

    Boy looks class

Happy with the points but deeply disappointed with the performance.

Very fortunate today. We were so poor and slow all over the pitch. Other than Tounekti and Maeda every one was so slow. Our two centre backs hardly won any duels today. Everything in the air was won by Killie. Also they are constantly taking ages on the ball or playing it sideways which slows down the game so much.
In midfield Reo was non existent and Nygren was really poor - looked leggy, slow and did not really do much other than giving away freekicks or the ball.

So in the pub I'm in they had the Liverpool Burnley game on as well. I was slagging Liverpool for needing last minute penalty to win the game :52: oops...

Talk about get out of jail... Not entirely sure Celtic deserved to win that game and more a cause for a sigh of relief than celebration for success.

It keeps needing to be hammered - set pieces, set pieces, set pieces. Ineffective at taking them is wasteful and inability to defend them very nearly cost the Bhoys. Not entirely sure that should've been a penalty tbh, but at least Iheanacho converted it, and that is what matters.

For the record, Celtic have now scored 1 goal from the past 295 corners since 5 January.

But Tounetki was by far the brightest spark on the pitch today.

First league goal of the season conceded (and just 2nd overall).

Usually when we watch dire performances we know the team has just had an off day. The most concerning aspect of this is I don't think this was an off day. I genuinely think majority of these players aren't Celtic class and so getting 3 points now isn't the foregone conclusion we've come to expect. Whether you agree with Brendan's style or not, the board need to be held accountable for the backwards leaps we have taken on the park when you look at the calibre of player we've been left with.

In saying that the second coming of Jinky looks good.

Asked Cal if he could take the pen. That’s the mentality you want from your number 9.

Couldn’t give a * how we won today on that shithole of a pitch. * embarrassing that is on sky sports. Our premier division, playing on plastic pitches. * disgrace!

Delighted for 3 points. Tounekti was absolutely sensational. All that was missing was a goal from him. He tore everyone a new * down that wing all afternoon.

Unfortunately, Balikwisha looks dreadful so far. Won’t rule him out as yet as I done that with Kuhn. However, we need MUCH more from him, not even close to being acceptable.

Thought Iheanacho looked good when he came on, actually looked fast, fit, strong and had some nice touches is there.

3 points, top of the league, 9 ahead of those * across the road.

    Great weekend
