    And if he stays to the summer with 1 year remaining, we would be lucky to get half of what we were offered

    Unhappy employees don’t perform to the best of their abilities, the club has known for long enough the guy wants a move, have we identified replacement, of course not. * hour again at CFC, this club needs a major shake up from top to bottom.

    Over 6 months notice, they have treated him like absolute * and taken the * out of his professional integrity. If it was someone with a different personality or character they’d have punted him soon as the window opened whether they had a replacement or not.
