I think likely Maeda is our main 9 for now until January at least. Hopefully he can get a goal this weekend to boost his confidence but at the very least I have no doubt we will see him pressing and working as hard for the team as ever.

Feeling a bit better after watching Brendan's presser and looking forward to seeing how we navigate this going forward. He seems to be using the window as fuel so I'm hoping we give Kilmarnock scudding to get us back on track.

That's the feeling am getting now. It happened in his first season back....team playing * and going nowhere fast, we play Hearts and get shafted by one of the worst refereeing performances of them all.

Rodgers comes out all guns blazing and the team start picking up a run of form. Rodgers with a fire lit under him is a different kettle of fish, can see that happening again at this stage.

Definitely! I also think he'll relish the challenge of getting the most out of a squad that the rest of the country perceive as being there for the taking. Very interesting few months ahead.

    1 0 or 2 1 to us (although 2 goals mayve a stretch). Although wouldnt rule out 1 1.

Looks like Ralston is out this weekend now and with the game being on plastic on Sunday I doubt we will see Tierney either. So looks like a big opportunity for Donovan to get the start on the right. I would assume it will be Sarrachi starting on the left side then.

I have a feeling he may go with Scales at LB.

Killie have a 6ft 7 striker and 6ft 3 striker. Wouldn't be against that tbh for this game. Its going to be physical.

Who's the CBs if he does that? Trusty isn't available and CCV might not play so Murray and ?

I'm buzzing to see the new bhoys Iheanacho and Tounekti. Will be very interesting to see how Nygren plays with those players, will his tactics be altered to provide the wingers more or will he continue to be a drift into the box type midfielder, probably the latter with a few tweaks.

the tarts burying the scum will be motivation enough. the scum fans are wanting 2 up front and 3 at the back tomorrow against the top scoring team in the league, when they themselves are dodgy as * at the back. recipe for disaster.

He could play Simpson-Pusey and Murray. Does sound a risk but they are 2 physical units. I personally think it will be Murray and Scales though. Might start KT at left back and Sarrachi on the right.

I could see that under those circumstances but with Trusty out and already needing to play Donovan at right back I wonder will Rodgers be ok with starting both Murray and Donovan tomorrow. We will see soon enough.
