Not that I expected him too but the fact that he hasn't resigned in the aftermath of a summer window that was a disaster of epic proportions says it all really and just emphasizes how important it is that he is replaced.

We need someone who can win over difficult negotiating partners. Someone with the skill set and voice to win over the fan base. A charismatic and engaging CEO is what Celtic needs. He was never supposed to be the CEO. He was basically the clubs lawyer and only got the job bcoz he was pally with Lawwell.
It again showed just how amatuer we do things. Imagine any other business our size giving the CEO job to someone with zero experience. Just getting the job bcoz he was there

Yeah sorry, thats more what i was meaning in terms of experience. Hes not got the the personal skills, hes likely been a * bookworm all his life to achieve what he has but hes definitely lacking the experience or the personality for the role.
Lawwel is a * but at the very least he had a bit of an out going personality and if anything he wanted the spotlight too much.

This guy just hides away, i genuinely dont know if hes said a word publicly since Rodgers was unveiled 2 and a bit years ago.
You can't have such a high profile role if you aren't comfortable or capable of dealing with the spotlight that comes with it.

Also in terms of experience, we are a massive club we shouldn't be given ceo jobs to people who havnt done the role before. It's the equivalent of giving the managers job to a youth academy coach juat bcoz hes got all his badges and knows the city.....

 

Didnt even need to be him but heads needed to roll. At least be seen to be doing something surely.
