Thought 28 years later was pretty guff compared to the prior two.

I much preferred the other 2, I thought the wee lead guy in it was annoying

Thought for a child actor he was absolutely brilliant.

Really enjoyed 28 Years Later. The original is still my favourite but Years was miles better than 28 Weeks. Watched that a month or so ago and I did enjoy it but it's just so stupid. Every character in it is an eejit.

Enjoyed 28 years later. Unexpected Clockwork Orange style finale sets it up for the sequel, out in January

The "give me your gun" bit because he was missing... only to pull her own gun out 2 minutes later. Annoyed me.

    Sat through F1 Movie again.

Of all of the big summer tentpole/blockbusters this year, it is probably the best of what has been a pretty low bar set. Although it's not part of an existing franchise/sequel/reboot/remake etc, it is in many ways Top Gun: Maverick but with fast cars instead of fighter jets. That said. having sat though it twice now, it is pretty decent escapism capable of suspending disbelief for a couple of hours, which again is far more than what can be said of virtually everything else that has been released so far this summer.

I thought it was a crock of *. A cliché and a movie I’d already seen a thousand times before. Completely unoriginal and formulaic.

    Watched The Life of Chuck

Quirky film, good cinematography and acting and keeps you interested. Would recommend giving it a watch. Based on the Stephen King novella.

I thought Weapons was excellent. The idea was pretty simple but brilliantly done - children from the same class all get up and leave their homes one night and never come back.

Part thriller part horror, it was very good fun.

Watched that “Night always comes” last night

Not brilliant and definitely not * either

Worth a watch for sure, highlights homelessness and daily struggles of the US.

28 Years Later was decent enough, Jurassic World Rebirth was * enough.

I don't usually like superhero type films but actually really liked the new Superman.

    Hallow Road ..........8/10

Wouldn't say it was an enjoyable watch but a good movie, study in grief/loss and a social commentary.
