There were people who were confident around the time JSP was close to signing that a few more would follow before the CL deadline. We got none.

There are a few that have said in the past week they see 4 coming before transfer deadline day. Do you guys still see it now? The signs are looking very bad. Had the look at our late summer dealings since the Lawwell and Nicholson double act took the reigns again.

The damage has been done at this point. We are in the loan and free agent market from here on in. We simply do not have the capabilities of getting multiple deals over the line from here on in. We are not in for anyone, we have not identified anyone - we are solely reliant on agents approaching us and offering us players who have been told to find a new club.

Lawwell has presided over some clusterfucks in his time at Celtic but this is a new low. This is the worst yet.

 

I'm in denial, I refuse to believe that we won't add at least one player before tonights deadline.

I don't think we are saving for a rebuild under a new manager. Our "rebuild" under Ange consisted of us turning a net profit on transfers too.

It's clear this board have been in a case of asset stripping the past decade.

It's not even just leaving it this late. Our board haven't a clue who it will be, we are waiting to see who becomes available and that's really the unforgivable part. Only positive is we got lucky with the cl draw and with rangers dropping easy points.
