Would rather Scales went and we kept Trusty.

    But that won't happen.

All coming together now. I think we will see Trusty and Welsh go.

Not sure yet what the position is with CCV.

I think people are looking at his injury record and the fact we could still get decent cash for him now.

If he has more injuries then his value drops.

Probably not so much rumours but more we know how we operate.

This guy would be the replacement for CCV I think.

    JSP for Trusty.

Can't see CCV going this season absolutely no talk of it and like people are saying could be why Trusty isn't getting much game time as he's made his mind up and is potentially signalling hes looking to leave. Even in videos of this guy he looks comfortable both sides of the defence not like he's solely a RCB so must be CCV

Where is it you are getting the stats from as anywhere I don’t see the same write up? Interceptions is confusing as one source I see Sangante is stronger and the other Youte is, they have been dribbled past the same as each other, Sangante does tackle far more regularly as you say than Youte who doesn’t seem to tackle at all and despite being 6’7 Sangante has far better aerial duel numbers.

The passing accuracy and not losing possession is because Youte either gives it to his more progressive defensive partner and hardly ever carries the ball where Sangante scores highly for progressive carries and reasonably well for progressive passes hence his slightly lower pass completion would be expected.

  10. I did see after that Sangante does win like double the headers, I only looked at the attacking headers first which Youte was better, like the oppositions box. Although weirdly he never scored and Sangante scored 3, although one of his goals was a shote.

I looked at whoscored and Sofascore.

Youte looks like he goes up the park more from their heatmaps also, he covered the whole pitch really up into the oppositions half where as Sangante was a bit less and much more gaps in like the 6 position. He also has higher passing accuracy in the oppositions half and double the expected assists. His long passing has higher accuracy and from attemting more 2.2 per game to 1.7 and with 43% accuracy to 36%.

To me looked the safer less clumsy defender and probably more of a threat from a set piece although he does get outscored, maybe the other guy is really accurate with the head and Youte's more like Efe Ambrose lol

It just goes to show all these sources must capture stats differently as Fotmob and FBref were the two I looked at and Fotmob in particularly suggested Youte was very poor in terms of volume and success in all Duels and FBref had him appear very limited on the ball, compared to Sangante.

I have to admit I haven’t seen much of Youte but have saw a little of Sangante and was fairly impressed with him. He has had EPL interest in the past and one thing that impressed me was his physicality and pace.

After the loan deal for JSP, what's the point here?

Managers crying out for attackers and we decide we may finally meet an asking price for another defender?

Ccv, trusty, scales, jsp, Murray and potentially now a 6th?

Not gonna be for or against the player overall, just can't figure out our strategy with this one.
Why bother with the loan deal if we want this guy as well?

All this will eventually do is limit the game time Murray will get, a player that looks decent and ready for more first team minutes and the manager rates.

And then we wonder why youngsters leave us?

Not convinced by this guy at all.

We also don't need another right sided CB. We have CCV and Pusey.

One of Trusty or Scales (ideally the latter) should be punted for a left sided CB to come in.

It is funny contrasting the first 2 pages of this thread and the recent in terms of how much people want him.

The joys of us dragging out every transfer means we end up analysing these players a lot more than we usually would, same with Balikwisha.
