Agreed, * me off we're the last game of the weekend every season.

 

That's actually a decent run of games for pre season.
First few warm ups and fitness exercises, maybe trial a player or two from the youth and any new ideas on how to play.
Then on to Sporting, Newcastle and Ajax should give us decent competition to see where we are at! .

You'd not be far off it. It'll be some part of giving them a limelight and feeling important, subtle or not.
Not enough leagues have announced fixtures yet, but guess who kicks off the EPL league on a Friday evening at 8pm live on Sky?

You got it, their league champions.


Annoying thing is, Sky cant even use the EPL as their go to * excuse for giving Scotland * poor Tv times, thus * poor match kick offs - because there is no * other football on our opening weekend
