    Have we made a bid, and does he want to come ? All this go get him and we'll regret not signing him is nonsense. He's not a commodity sitting on a shop shelf waiting to be picked up. The player, his father and his agent will decide where they want to be. I'm still betting he stays where he is until January.

    We sounded him out in December and janaury and according to his camp and Mark guidi he said he wants to go abroad. Rodgers wanted him though.

    I still wonder who is really interested in him, £5million is decent money for a player who is kind of mediocre and slow and not really suited to playing deep in midfield even though he's probably too awkward to play further forward in midfield as well.

    Who is really going to sign him for that money when realistically anyone who can afford that money probably isn't going to give him a game any time soon?

    If he does move I would imagine the teams interested will probably leave it till the last days of the window and try and get him for cheap since it is a gamble on someone they probably don't need.

    Typically it’s only the media who report rejected bids mate.
    I’m assuming by official you mean by Motherwell and/or Celtic. Clubs typically dont report rejected bids.
    Raman Bardwaj of STV news reported that we made an approach in January.

    Saying he's mediocre is wild, tbh.

    He's 18. These are all comments reminiscent to most Scottish players we've regretted missing out on.

    Folk saying he wouldn't get in our team as well. Perhaps not instantly a starter week in week out but that shouldn't be a reason not to sign a young player like him.

    Anyway. He will be going elsewhere.
