He's overweight and carrying. Clearly off it, he's not burst a gut all game and is far too often late to the attacks here.

This is two summers in a row now, folk gave it the big excuses of not training with Norwich last summer properly, but looks like he just isn't a naturally willing professional when it comes to his fitness etc

All a manager can do is coach attacking patterns to a high level to get players in to dangerous positions in the final third.

That’s when the recruitment team and board need to step in and back the fella with quality players to dispatch the opportunities.

You can do individual coaching until you’re blue in the face, but it’s nigh on impossible to teach decision making and composure to footballers in their 20s who don’t already have it.
