He's 22. Deportivo rejected a €15M in January and negotiations have broken down with Como. He's got clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Juventus interested in him and are willing to pay his release. It's going to take a * of a lot more than £5M to get him.

 

A bit of digging , release clause is 20m Euros . Chelsea offered 10 then 15 in Jan and have since said they are no longer in for him. Seemed to be some big names linked with him in Jan. Wolves and Leicester the main ones in for him at the minute by the looks of it.

 

If that’s the case amazes me the people that post that bullshit … como not forking out 28 million on another winger ? I was basing my assumption off of other transfers from teams in Spain particularly in second division

Yeh true, although como do seem to be heavily backed and sre looking at buying big. Hernandez is one of them players in the second division that could easily make the step up. Very highly rated and is a u21 international with Spain.

 

100% see us breaking our transfer record this summer though.

 

I'd love to see us to see us shell out 12-15mill for a decently rated DM along the lines of that Tyler Morton from L:iverpool or similar from wherever. As for names I've no idea, most of the guys on here know more about foreign players than I do and can supply names easier than I could but I reckon most of us would love to see us add that to our squad.

 

Got a feeling we will spend that but it will be on an attacking player as the club's priority will be to ensure domestic dominance and a DM would be a luxury most weeks. But I agree with you would love to see it spent on a DM to give us that extra dimension in UCL.
