Good fee based on how much we bought him for and his stock would probably fall if we don't sell now as he wouldn't want to be here.

He might've wanted to move but with 4 years left on his deal and those CL performances that's a pathetic fee.

Someone was always going to go for good money. I’d rather it was Kuhn over others.

Good money for him, hope he kicks on but we were always just a stepping stone for him so no issues with him moving on.

Some place to play your football as well, Como is a stunning part of the world.

He doesn't strike me as the type that stays long at clubs

Disagree to be honest, he showed flashes of brilliance and up until Christmas this season he was absolutely phenomenal but if you look at his career here as a whole it was very inconsistent, so for me it’s good money if it’s reinvested properly.

We’ve seen before the issues with keeping players who want to go, it’s clear since probably January his mind has been elsewhere and I suspect had we not got to the knockouts of the champions league he might have gone then.

Honestly, I think that is an excellent fee. Weve had one poor half season, one incredible half season and another poor half season. Many on here (myself included) hoped we would start the final with Forest over him.

We could surely find better for that kind of money

What a purple patch the first half of this season he had.
It was up there with Scott Sinclair form.

To think the team he could have got and the price we could have got if he could be bothered to sustain his form.

Players like this will only let us down when the going gets tough. As good as he was, he didn’t really make a huge impression in the derbies. We will see better wingers sign for us.

Loved his pace and had moments of serious skill, but he often looked lightweight when he came up against physical defenders.

    * fee given his numbers.

    * move given his potential and ability.

    * transfer policy from the club who were probably waiting on this fee to leave the Scrooge McDuck vault unopened.

Regardless of what ppl say about his attitude, (i think its a squad issue as very few of them except Maeda get pass marks post January), those numbers and his impact in European games will not be easily replaced.

Certainly not for the 5-6m we might or might not spend on a new winger, who might or might not be able to replace Kuhns numbers.

If the fee was around 25m id understand, its the policy.
But the fee here stinks of him looking out, and us looking rid.

First kyogo, now Kuhn. That's two players agitating for moves who numbers dont justify such low fees.

Theres holes in the boat imo, and Rodgers better get it * sorted.

Two star players giving up CL football to go play for middling teams in middling leagues.

£10m for Kyogo was great business - what where you looking for?

Also, it was obvious he wanted a move. So was happening regardless.

Don't disagree about the post-CL motivation - that was an issue for far too many.

That and Maeda started getting all the attention for his excellent form. To me it was no coincidence that he packed it in when he wasn’t considered the main man.

Unplayable on his day, but if you don’t want to put in when trophies are on the line, then seeya * later.
