Not so sure, he looks very well suited to playing in midfield as well especially with his power and passing ability on top of the goalscoring.

Rodgers likes a lot of pace out wide and Kuhn still has plenty to give, he wont be a direct replacement I’d say.

Can 100% see him being a big moment player for those sticky games..

 

I've read someone on here comparing him to O'Riley, stating he's not really a true winger. Based on height, this makes sense.

The more i watch clips of him, i just cant get over the fee. Particularly from that club because most of their talents good for £10 million plus. Even Diomande cost more.

 

Its a bargain but its only cause he has 6 months left on his contract.

 

Diomande cost 400% more. That's how good this business is from the club.

Let's say he doesn't settle here. Doesn't quite hit the standards he did in Denmark and wants to leave. We are getting massive profit on him simply because he's been relatively successful everywhere else in his career. It's a really good move whichever way you look at it.

I've just got a feeling he's going to be unreal here. He's so different to what we have on the wings at the moment and he's incredibly creative on the ball, which makes me think he's going to be deployed as an attacking midfielder. I'm convinced we have our strikers moving forward in Maeda, Idah and Osmand and that the only forward positions we will target are wingers and possibly another attacking midfielder, given we would be changing our formation.

It's superb business. He really does bring something different that we don't have and sometimes someone as versatile as he is can be a jack of all trades, master of none.....but he really doesn't give off that impression to me..

He looks like he'd be excellent in almost every position we use him middle to front..

I'm 100% sure he'll settle in. Similar climate, small league and infact joining the most dominant side here, which will see his game flourish more, English speaking. Already had that big move abroad a bit too early but way more experienced now and became a captain in another country in Denmark..

As I say, the fact he's so creative and has that spark, with us having so much of the ball, we'll get a lot of joy. See so many clips of him going beyond the striker as well, arriving late in to the box....we don't have enough of that at times..

Just saw that he scored a hattrick against Fenerbache back in 2023, likely when he was still developing.

 

This guy looks the real deal, what a bit of business.

 

Just had a look for it as hadn't seen. Only came on at half time as well in the conference league. Impressive..

 

Another conference game. 3.20 on he scores his first of 2 and robbed of a definite tap in hattrick from the defender putting it in..

Bodes very well these kinda numbers and performances in Europe. Particularly as I don't think Fenerbahce and Ludogorets will be too far off quality wise for our qualifier..

From his clips I see him more as a No.10.

I wonder if the plan is for Engels to fall back to No.6, with McGregor's game time being managed more carefully.
