Competition wise, it’s as useless as the League of Nations - money grab by FIFA, UEFA in this case

Sporting wise, no logic to it when there was already a CWC involving continental champions - inviting everyone devalues the individual competitions. Moreover attempting to manufacture rivalries, particularly abroad is illogical and certainly not sustainable

From a Barça perspective, there’s money to be gained in revenue as part of this money grab but the burden on players who are already far too stretched with competitions is the single most fundamental aspect to it

So no, I do not wish Barça to ever play in it…this won’t happen of course, especially if a legitimate revenue stream is borne out of this - irrespective of diluting the game and putting the players at risk
