Been some decent links tbh some right out of nowhere. Some will naturally be agents trying to flush out bidders but where I am sceptical we sping huge sums some of the signings rumoured last 24 hours as positive

 

Wonder if we have a few (Maeda/Kuhn) halfway out the door. Normally when the club are being linked with a truck load of players for the one position we have others already going in other direction.

Maybe learned from having our pants pulled down by clubs in the last summer window (purely due to the negligence of waiting until the last week of the window).

 

Clear as day we are being busy * early doors for once, a result of Rodgers bemoaning the way we operated last summer and stating that it needed to change . Hopefully a couple of the fair few wingers we are being linked with comes to fruition soon.

 

I know we've no actually signed them yet but refreshing and exciting as * seeing so many quality players being linked already..

Quite a few that have been mentioned and wanted by posters on here as well..

 

rodgers hates having a million wingers but thats what hes gonna get .even if we keep maeda and kuhn we need yang ,palma,forrest replaced i cant see jota playing much next season either

Refreshing to see so much buzz early on. Let's hope it keeps materialising into singings.

It's massive for players to have a full pre season with the team. Plus, as someone else said, it stops other teams adding on the you're desperate tax to valuations when you're scrambling around a week before deadline day.

 

Don’t want to speak too soon, but the players were being linked with this summer seem like a much better fit than in the last 2 windows … of the 4 wingers we’ve been seriously linked to, I wouldn’t be that upset if we got any 2 out of them really.

Let’s hope we see more concrete links soon.

 

Let's wait and see who ACTUALLY signs though.

Been here before, where the club is happy to let slip/let rumours rumble about various signings, only for nothing to ever actually materialise.

Think with the Huns takeover and the defeat in the final and the fact we have a qualifier this year has maybe forced the boards hand , hopefully they see through with biggest majority of our business before the qualifier.

I’ll believe we’re getting our act together when I actually see one or two of these players signed.

The fees for Orjasaeter and Nygren combined shouldn’t be any more than £10m. So no excuses not to stump up the money for them.
