All this "mock outrage" is a bit pathetic, embarassing & ever so slightly attention seeking.

What's the PC version of saying "your talking *", to someone who's talking *?

i got an infraction in the abortion thread, dempsey said for trolling and trying to get a reaction from other members.

now if telling someone to shut the * up, and calling them a liar isn't trolling, i don't know what is.

cursing is allowed obviously, its an * site, but its just a bit * when mods get away with stuff we wouldn't thats all.

BTW dempsey, i am not questioning your decision for the infraction ( just incase you misunderstand my post ).

I think the CB's need changed, it isn't working for me, drop McManus or Caldwell and play Loovens, he done nothing wrong in his debut, give him his chance. Or will he do what he does with all the new signings? let them fester on the bench.

Exactly mate, the reason i posted that, is because i got an infraction, and when i asked why, i got another one lol.

 

If you get infracted just * deal with it and move on, its what i did and i somehow managed to survive here.

 

mcmanus is a poor centre half, and should never be in the team never mind the captain.

 

I agree mate, but its a kick in the *, when you get infracted for saying that a thread has inconsiderate posts ffs.

then when the person that issues you the infraction for trolling, goes and tells someone to shut the * up, its hardly fair is it.

OD has been dining out on those CL games IMO. He has played a lot of unconvincing games since then. To me he looks very raw still and that stuff about Man U is utter crazy talk.

I reckon he doesnt get a game because WGS sees big flaws in his game in training. My guess is that those include being not the fastest, not the best in the air, not reading the game all that well and being very left balanced/weak when passed on his right. Left footed players are often more one footed than right footed ones and I think OD is very weak on his right. For me the real mystery is why people have built OD up so much.

I also think his weaknesses are very similar to Micks and WGS probably reckons there is no point in letting a player learn from mistakes in the first team for a season or two if he is likely to basically be a Mick clone. What is the real evidence (other than the CL games) that he would be any better than Mick. I just dont see these qualities at all. I could certainly see them in JFK when he was young but not in OD.

As for Mick, I think he is the weakest link. I dont like to see a player lambasted but for me he is a squad player and lacks most of the finer qualities of a really top CH. In particular he has neither speed of legs or speed of thought and you need at least one of these. Caldwell looks twice the player Mick is. I have always thought that it was Mick, not Caldwell that was the weakest link and I am glad to see that that is now by far the majority view. Gary has earned his newly found appreciation by his hard work over the last 6 or 7 months when he really improved his game.

I believe Loovens will replace Mick in a couple of months but I think the problem is the CL is so soon and he doesnt want to mess with the pairing.

 

Because they're desperate to believe there is a clearcut alternative that Strachan isn't choosing because he's daft.

I can't believe Rossenspiel actually thinks the players he listed before are markedly better. I think he'd be moaning to high heaven about them within 2 weeks. =/
