Celtic to Extend Adidas Deal

It'll be £10million+ now, maybe about £12million a year if it's a 10 year deal.

I sure we've went from from £3million Umbro to £5million Nike, to £6million Nike, to £7million New Balance to £9million Adidas to this.

The merchandise selling for fun, was it 17th in Europe or something and the bump up in status.

 

If I remember correctly then the £75Mpa was if the qualified for the CL. Utd took that for granted and never bothered to lock any other terms on it, so now I'd imagine the deal wouldn't work for either side...

Edit: although, I'm pretty sure it was like £50-60Mpa even without it

If it’s a ten year extension as they say then the money will be considerably more than than the previous deal

For sure not a chance that is accurate. The previous deal was 10.5m euro over 5 years and has been a clear commercial success for both us and Adidas so there is zero chance that the new deal is not at least a bit better then 10.5m euro per year. I still have not seen anywhere how long the new deal is for. Most likely another 5 year deal I would expect.

 

More like £10mill a season rather than £3mill a season.

Don't like their kits tbh. Hate the 3 stripes. I don't think they go well with the hoops. Oh well, it is what it is.
