They should take a leaf out of PSGs book and get rid of the gallacticos.

They aren't a team they are just a collection of players.

 

I don't think the top English teams are miles ahead, thyere more on a par with the other top teams, but I think the difference is that more English teams are capable of going deep into the tournament than other countries.

In the past 6 seasons before this one, you've had 3 different English winners and Spurs also made a final. So 4 different english teams making finals, In that time only 1 Spanish, 1 Italian, 1 French and 2 German teams have made the final.

I think it'll remain the trend for a while as the Premier league continues to grow.

 

Impressive semifinals ahead of 4 sides all with legitimate shots for the title whose play also is a reflection of their coach:

• Inzaghi’s Inter
• Arteta’s Arsenal
• Lucho’s PSG
• Flick’s Barça

As for RM’s exit, anyone who has watched them with any regularity this season would be able to readily discern how imbalanced they have been. Ultimately, combo of Kroos + Jude >>> Mbappe + Jude. If one of Vini or Kylian can’t adapt to the opposite flank & thrive the way Raphinha did last season because of Lamine then at least one of them will have to be sold. With Carlo surely to exit (Especially if they exit trophyless after the CdR Final on 4/26), a lot of changes ahead in RM’s squad apart from coach - Xabi Alonso back in mix? Zidane v3.0?

PSG have inferior defence and midfield and uo front whilst exciting they're pretty powderpuff goalwise, far too many chances needed and against Arsenal defence that'll be at a premium.

Hoping Barca or Inter can do it.

 

Hope PSG smash the last EPL team tonight. If they are up for it they should smash the North London mob.
